Summer Kick-Off Cook-out! Make plans and clear your schedules for next Sunday, May 15th after church. We will be having a Hot Dog and Hamburger Cookout following service. You need bring NOTHING but yourselves. Worship and Fellowship make up the life of any healthy church. Scripture tells us to “not give up meeting together.” This command is not just for worship, but also for fellowship. For this reason, we will kick-off our summer with this Hot Dog –Hamburger cookout, and continue having special fellowship events every third Sunday of the month. So make plans now to attend Sunday, May 15th following our morning worship!
New Lutheran Hymnals have been ordered, and we will begin using them next Sunday, May 15th during morning worship. This was necessary as our printer is on its last breath, and parts are no longer available for our machine. Also, the new Lutheran Service Book is a valuable resource available to us. So, along with our Summer Cookout, we will kickoff our summer Worship with the use of The Lutheran Service Book.

Revelation Bible Study will conclude next Sunday, May 22nd at 2:00 p.m.
Kingfisher Circuit Meeting will be meet Tuesday, May 17th at Okarche beginning at 9:30 a.m.
Pastor Ron will be in the office tomorrow morning, May 16th from 9:00—noon. He will then attend the Ministerial Alliance meeting from noon-1:00 p.m.

Men’s Breakfast will go back to meeting once a month. Our next breakfast will be Monday, May 9th at 6:30 a.m.
Baccalaureate will be held tonight, May 15th at 8:00 p.m.
Nina Armstrong will graduate from the Blair 8th Grade Class Thursday, May 19th at 6:30 p.m. Nina was named Salutatorian.
5th Sunday Sing-A-Long will be held next Sunday evening, May 22nd, at the First Christian Church beginning at 6:30 p.m. The date had to be moved to the 4th Sunday due to Memorial Day Weekend the following Sunday.
